We are a premium Brazilian BBQ catering company, born from a passion for fire, quality cuts and the art of creating unforgettable moments at the table.

Who we are

The team behind the fire

Churrasco da Elite was born from the combination of two passions: Brazilian gastronomy and the desire to create unique experiences. Our team is made up of experienced BBQ chefs with roots in the gaúcho BBQ tradition, trained to bring authenticity and excellence to every event.

We operate in Portugal under the legal entity INGREDIENTCONCEPT LDA (VAT 515 871 060). We have an office in Sintra (Rua Mário Cunha 3, Morelena), where we receive clients by appointment, and we travel to your event venue anywhere in Portugal and Spain.

Our tagline sums up our promise: "When the fire ignites, the experience begins!" — because we believe a great BBQ is far more than food: it is a moment, a memory, a shared experience.

The story behind the brand

Meet the founder: Lucas Oliveira

Churrasco da Elite was born from the determination of Lucas Oliveira, who came to Portugal in 2016 in search of a better life.

He started out at a leading meat restaurant in Lisbon, where he quickly stood out: within just six months he was promoted to grill chef. There he introduced changes that doubled the restaurant's revenue, in Lisbon and Porto, and trained new professionals.

With the experience gained across the several restaurants he worked in — managing teams and helping open new restaurants — Lucas decided to create his own brand. That is how Churrasco da Elite was born, today a benchmark for events across Portugal, with unique gastronomic experiences for its clients.

Churrasco da Elite is part of Grupo Elite, which brings together more than 6 companies and operates in Portugal, Brazil and Spain.
